Vancouver’s Panther is Canada’s answer to Kendrick Lamar. He is flanked by a great band that manages to imitate, recreate, and push the envelope of modern rap production. The music is infused with swagger and energy. Panther has a magnificent control of his flow too. His content is not always challenging but the deficit is more than recouped with his sandpaper voice.
